Our projects are always focused on best practice solutions that are simple, efficient, and effective.
Our projects are focused on four distinct areas while always keeping people at the heart of our efforts.
Awareness Education Prevention Restoration Awareness - We believe good people can't do anything about the issue of domestic minor sex trafficking until they know it exists. Various presentations are designed to make people aware, encourage them to care, and dare them to take action. A key aspect to our awareness efforts is BeAlert®. This is the key awareness and prevention strategy of The Stop Trafficking Project® in which we give high impact presentations to adults and students. Follow our Facebook and Twitter pages to read updated awareness stories.
Education - We believe in providing quality information to both children and their parents, care-takers, and guardians. Our presentations are designed to educate the most vulnerable generation and their protectors. These presentations are available for schools, students, churches, ministry groups, and organizations of all sizes and demographics. Our hope is that these are powerful presentations that lead people to take empathetic action. Most presentations are part of our BeAlert®strategy that provide attention grabbing information designed for an immediate impact with long-term influence in communities both large and small.
Prevention - Awareness and education are key components in keeping children safe from being recruited, coerced, manipulated, or forced into "the life" of sex trafficking. BeAlert®is our primary strategy in prevention as it teaches people how to be aware of the sex trafficking signs and is proven to lead to actual prevention by disrupting the exploitation of vulnerability.
Restoration - We know the restoration process of victims is unique to each person. The stories of survivors often include the reality of being forced to "service" 20-35 individuals per day for nearly 7-years once being forced into "the life." Our efforts as advocates may include supporting organizations that focus on every aspect of restoration: spiritual, mental, emotional, practical, and relational.
Our projects are always about people - one precious soul at a time - even in large group settings!
